Plinio Ottaviano is a madman from the Strachi family. He sells dynamite in his warehouse in Hell's Kitchen. A number of local gangs use him as a supplier. You have to defeat him with your weapon, either throw a cocktail at him or use explosives.

Bonus goal: Let Plinio burn.

The silence of Leon Grossi.
Leon Grossi is the capo of Strachi. He takes over what was under Ottaviano's control. Leon chose undisclosed means and blows up the buildings protected by Corleone. Kill him before he starts a war.
Reward: 1,500 $
Bonus goal: Throw Leon into the baking oven.

Sonny starts a war on the street, aggressively expanding his "empire".

Watch the video and talk to Sonny. You have to take him to the Cuneo bar on Hell's Kitchen in two minutes. The road is very simple, so it shouldn't cause any problems. Go inside and kill two gangsters. There is a first-aid kit in the room behind the corridor on the left. Next, the opponents are waiting for you in the bar. When the level is cleared, go to the exit and go to the basement. Destroy two enemies first, and then three more. You can do this quickly by throwing a Molotov cocktail into the room.
