The Turing Test. Passing Game #031

Moorish

Mohamed Ould Slahi (Takhar Rahim) was charged with terrorism. His lawyer Nancy Hollander (Jodie Foster) and her associate Terry Duncan (Woodley) are fighting for his freedom in Kevin McDonald's inflammatory film "The Moorish". After years in Guantanamo Bay, his case is finally moving to trial with surprising turns of events.

"The Mauritanian" is based on a true story, and director Kevin McDonald expertly depicts the series of events that led to Slahi's capture and imprisonment. The director does not abandon the intense scenes of humiliation, devoid of sound, and the torture techniques that were part of the hero's stay in prison.

Takhar Rahim did a great job with his well-written role. We observe how his strength and frustration change, and he shows a terrible image of a tortured and accused person. Ms. Foster perfectly played the role of a woman who is more imbued with the law than the morality of her client. Their shared moments in the film are really great and help to interest the audience of this legal drama. These actors deserve an award. The film was also perfectly complemented by actors who played the supporting roles of Woodley, Benedict Cumberbatch and Zachary Levi.

I must say right away that I was very impressed by the new work of Oscar-winning director Anders Thomas Jensen, in which he shows us a strange and unique film world.

The plot of the film tells about Marcus, whose wife is killed in a train accident. The main character does not believe in such an accident, so together with his friends he decides to find those responsible for his wife's death...

"Knights of Justice" is a high-level comedy that will also delight the audience with excellent acting, in particular from Mikkelsen and Nikolai Lee Kaas, but the rest of the actors (Nicholas Breaux, Lars Brugmann, Roland Muller, Andrea Gadeberg, etc.) also coped well with their roles.

The script and dialogues are really great, and this is not surprising, because the screenwriter of the film was not only a wonderful director, but also one of the best screenwriters in Denmark. The way the characters interact with each other feels very natural, not a fake relationship.

I liked the unique plot of the film, and its special "idea&"it turned out to be incredibly fascinating. While watching it, it seemed to me that the concept of the film was taken from the Nolan universe.

All in all, a wonderful Danish movie! 9/10 During special promotion weeks, use 1xbet promo code list to receive 200% bonus on your deposit up to $200. Minimum deposit $10.
